Import of Merchandise Hierarchy changes from other system

Good day for everyone!

 

Can you please help me in this situation:

 

1. We have two system - SAP and system for master data maintenance (call it MD).

2. Merchandise Hierarchy structure creates in SAP and migrates to  MD system.

3. All changes we want to make in MD system (creating/changing/deleting  hierarchy nodes, hierarchy reorganization, creating/changing/deleting attributes for hierarchy nodes) and then pass it in SAP.

 

Are there any standard instruments in SAP that can allow to transfer all making changes for Merchandise Hierarchy in MD system to SAP (reports, FM and so on)? Maybe anyone have experience with similar situation? I hope for help! Thank you for answers!


Forecast data upload in SAP F&R system from excel sheet/BI system

I am very new to SAP F&R and working in a project. As per a requirement, We have to upload Forecast data in SAP F&R system for fashion articles we have to build the forecast outside the system and need to load it in F&R and run the replenishment.

 

Can anyone please tell me whether it is possible to upload forecast data in SAP F&R. If possible how we can upload from BI/Excel sheet.

Hi,

 

I try to create allocation table from DC to store, with item category C. But when i save the allocation table, it keep said below msg. But XXX already with vendor master. Also the store also assign supply site. Any idea why with this msg? Thanks

Hi,

 

When I create rebate agreement and change it, it keep have a msg. How can I solve it. Any change I dont need to execute report SDBONT06 to update billing? Structure S136 is update as "1". Pls advice. thanks

Reporting Sales from Online Store (IS Retail)

Hi Experts,

 

I have the following problem:

 

My IS Retail Client have websites stores where customer place orders. When customers confirms their order, the payment is checked, then two things happen:

1. Triggers the picking and sending of stock from de DC or store near to the customer if they select an option "click & Collect"

2.The sale is process into a SAP via the POS interface for the store.

 

The problem is my client can't report on their online sales as it just blends in with every other store POS Sale.

 

They want a new distribution chain for online store but we are nervous about needing to duplicate master data into this new Distribution Chain.

 

I have been doing some testing with a new DChain but seems to be like I have to extend all of articles to this new Dchain and that's something the client  doesn't want to do.

 

Any recommendation?

Added tax not in IDOC

We added a new tax to our materials, but in the idoc is not showing.

 

Segment E1WPA07 is only showing the tax code that was already configured.

 

Where can I check why the new tax code is not printing in the idoc WP_PLU with transaction WPMA.

POSDM Requirement - Delayed Consumption in ECC for 251 GI

Greetings SCN,

 

I have a requirement for POSDM relating to the timing of the goods issue posting in ECC. When a customer comes to the store to buy an article, the articles are sometimes not ready to be picked up when the customer places the order. They generally need to go to another store/lab/vendor and be created/adjusted/manufactured.

 

Presently, we consume (goods issue) the inventory on the article right when the customer pays (i.e. Aug 1st). We want to wait until the customer actually receives the article, either pick up or delivery (i.e. Aug 5th), to consume the articles (i.e. 251 goods issue. We need to do this because early consumption affects the planning at the stores. In Summary, we want the Goods Issue in ECC to occur on Aug 5th, not on Aug 1st.

 

Ideally, we'd like an option with least impact on the existing systems and would like to minimize customizations. Looking forward to your thoughts.

Delivery completed is not tick on Store Return

Hello,

 

 

I configured Store return process with the creation of a STO intra-company, two-step procedure.

 

Step 1: Create a stock transport order and select Return Item

Step 2: Create Delivery

Step 3: Goods Issue from Store, mvt 161, I try 2 ways:

  Post with reference to the delivery

  Post with reference to STO

Step 4: Goods Receipt to Distribution Center, mvt 671

  Post the goods issue from the delivery

 

The stocks and process runs correctly. But "Delivery Completed" Indicator is not tick on STO after finishing process.

So, Is it standard behavior of system or a bug ?

How can this Indicator tick automatically ?

Avoid processing of WPUBON in certain case

Hello Experts,

 

We have a requirement for an Invoicing Scenario for a SAP IS R System. In this scenario, in case of a Particular Condition Type (ZXXX) in WPUBON IDOC (Segment E1WPB03), the further processing of Goods Movement (Article Document) and Billing Invoice (Billing Document) is avoided.

 

I know there are following user exits which may be used, however I am not sure if this is possible and if yes how -

 

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_050              POS Inbound Processing Messages

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_102              IDoc WPUBON01 Before Document is Posted

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_104              IDoc WPUBON01 Before Inbound Processing

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_105              Check Whether IDoc Transaction WPUBON01 Is Compressable

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_106              IDoc WPUBON01 Process User Segment

EXIT_SAPLWPUE_109              IDoc WPUBON01 After Inbound Processing

Hi,

 

Is there any good book for learning SAP Retail.  Please do not recommend "SAP for retail" from SAP press. This book covers only the overview of retail. Also, do not suggest me SAP certification materials or sap library links (help.sap.com). These two sources are difficult to understand. I am looking for a book or a source, which captures all the content of retail and its concepts written in a clear and concise form.

New DC setup - steps required

Hi All,

 

We are using SAP IS retail. We already have two DCs set up and functioning in SAP and now we need to set up the third one.

High level Process flow would be -

1. New DC set up

2. Transfer of articles from old DC to new DC or initial upload of inventory

3. Independent functioning of new DC.

 

Can you please help me with what all things do I need to do in SAP to achieve this?

 

I have below steps in mind:

1. create a new site using WB01 - assign all org elements and MC. (we just have one MC)

2. create storage location in config for this site.

3. update assortment using WSOA2 - add new DC as assortment user (we are not using assortment module/ want to list all existing articles to new DC)

4. while updating assortment, execute the listing job in background.

5. For initial inventory setup, there are two approaches that I am thinking of -

a. 301 movement to transfer inventory from old DC to new DC (BDC or LSMW) - DCs are nearby. With this option, I don't need to maintain MAP before I move inventory. System will calculate MAP for articles in new DC.

b. 551 transaction (scrap / we call it as adjust out) from old DC and 561 (initial upload) into new DC.

 

Let me know if this is the correct approach?

 

One more question, when I do listing to new  DC by changing assortment (step 3), system will only list the articles to new DC, but how can I update MAP for these articles if I have to, before moving inventory in?

Hello,

 

for my client, I wanted to change my professional adress in WB02 in SAP ECC because it didn't appear in the table KNA1 (or in XD03). However I can see an adress in WB03.

 

When I change it to see what happen in KNA1, and when I register, a error message appears:

 

"Assignment person - address exists already. N° message AM038"

 

Please do you know how to do?

Storage of characteristics

Hello all,

 

When I create a generic article with the characteristics that I created (Z_SIZE and Z_COLOR), this information should be mantained in table MARA for various purpses.

 

However I saw in table MARA, the fields: COLOR and SIZE1 but they are empty. I searched a little bit and came across a transaction called WRFCHVALTYPE. Should I insert the characteristics I created and update table MARA so that the information of my variants will be updated in these fields? Is there another way?

 

At this moment, the information of my characteistics is only mantained in description field of the article
.
