Allocation tables, WM and Crossdocking

We have configured allocation tables and SAP WM with crossdocking. Cross-docking is working fine for everything except for processes with allocation tables.

For example, I have a allocation table with 100 CRT, where 60 CRT will go store A and 40 CRT are going to store B. Purchase orders and deliveries have been generated, PO with 100, delivery A with 60 and delivery B with 40.

The problem happens when I receive the goods: I create the inbound delivery, make the goods receipts, but then if I create a TO for the pallets in 902 the system is sugesting storage instead of the oubound delivery 916. If I plan the crossdocking,(in the Crossdocking monitor) or turn opportunistic crossdocking on, the pallets go to 916 but I don't want to do that.

  • Planned Crossdocking: I don't want to plan again, I already did it in the allocation table, the system should have already connected the inbound/outbound documents;
  • Opportunistic: I want the system to enforce the allocation table rules, not to do a recalculation.

What are we missing here?
