Value based VAT rate for India

Hello SD Gurus,

I have a requirement for one of my Retail Clients to create a VAT Condition which switches rates based on the Sales Value. I need help to configure this.

e.g Standard VAT rate 12.5% should apply for a Product with Sales Value upto INR 5625.00. The VAT rate should be 20% for the same Product when the Sales Value goes above 5625.00 INR  (This is a regular scenario in retail space. a Product may normally sell for 6000 INR (taxable at 20%) but can be discounted during a Sale bringing it down to less than 5625.00 (taxable at 12.5%)
