Sales Set creation

Dear Gurus,

 

I think I created a Sales Set using MM41 correctly

 

Example:

 

Item – Description – Article Type – Article Category

 

2001       Mat1                     HAWA                   Sales Set

1002       Mat2                     HAWA                   Single

1003       Mat3                     HAWA                   Single

1004       Mat4                     HAWA                   Single

   

I add the article 1002 to1004 as a component of item 2001 in MGW0

 

My Scenario:

 

I want to purchase items 1002 to 1004 by using only the article no.2001 in a normal Purchase Order (NB)

I tried but the component is not exploding and one thing more when I
receive the material (MIGO) the stock only goes to Article no.2001.

 

Am I doing correctly? Can anybody help me on this?

Limitation of number of materials in a bonus buy material grouping

When using the SAP "bonus buy" feature(VBK1,2) we are using material groupings as target of the rebate and as prerequisites.

As we sell a lot of bundled material (i.e. mobile phones bundled with a contract) we soon reach the limit of 999 possible entries which can be administered by transaction VBG1 and VBG2, though the table allows values up to 9999.

We opened a Note asking SAP to extend this to 9999, but it was refused because standard is not to be changed or we can order a customer mod for x+ Euro.

Does anyone in the community have the same problem so we could team up and raise a user request for this to be changed ?

Hello, I have the following problen when run material in WRP1 with  Supply source = 2 ( Stock transfer ), Someone know how to solve the issue?

Diagnosis

Replenishment base on Sales Qty

Is there any config in SAP can allow the Replenishment to store qty is base on the previous sales qty.

 

so we no need to setup any master data in article such as safety stock, target stock, etc.

In the IDES scenario "Changeover Activities in Sales and Distribution" you converted the order currency for your customer from DEM to EUR. This customer now orders 10 pumps from IDES AG, for which you create a sales order.

 

Procedure

 

    • Call up the transaction as follows:

    • On the Create Sales Order: Initial Screen, enter the following data:

    • Select the line item for your material, then choose . You see a detailed pricing for this material. You can also see that, with the exception of the currency translation rate, all of the rates are displayed in EUR.
    • Choose to return to the overview screen.
    • To see the header data of the sales document, choose Goto®Header®Sales.
    The sales document contains, for example, the document currency and the defined exchange rate. The document currency should be EUR and the exchange rate 1.95583. This rate corresponds to the fixed exchange rate between EUR and DEM, which has been defined in the TCURR table.If try to change the exchange rate (for example, by changing one or more of the decimal places) and choose . The system warns that you are deviating from the fixed exchange rate between EUR and DEM.Note that you can customize the error message text and change the importance from a warning to an error message.
    • For purposes of this demonstration, change the exchange rate back to 1.95583.
    • Choose .
    • Choose until the overview tree appears.
    The system informs you that the order has been saved.

And what is the difference between Planning for Retail and S&OP?

I would like to know is SAP retail allow the replenishment qty only base on previous date sales qty ?

current we are base on Target Stock, Safety Stock and every data Transit in and out to calculate the STO replenishment qty.

 

so is it possible to ingore those Target Stock, Safety Stock setting and just base on the previous sales?

Supplying Plant determination in replenishment

I have two distribution centers, each one with its own products, both plants provide all stores, however, when I run the transaction WRP1 STO's always are created with the same supplying plant, although the material doesn't be listed in the plant because it corresponds to the second. Is there any way either by configuration or user-exit to specify the supplying plant by article?

Classification for article master

hi,

We are using IS Retail and we are using classification with class type 026.

For some articles ther are 2 class type exists 001 and 026.

Now I need to remove class type 001 for the articles.

Let me know how to remove.

get order hexadecimal id

Hi,

I have the Order Number.

From that i want to check the table /1OM/FDA11HDR100 for details of the OP number.

However this table takes the hexadecimal value.

 

 

For product and location there is report /FRE/FU_TOOLS_CONVERT_GUIDS.

 

 

Is there any report or FM to convert OP number to Hexadecimal so that I can check from /1OM/FDA11HDR100

Error : Customer XXXX not maintained when trying to create/change Site Master thru WB02

Hi All ,

 

Greetings !

 

   Here is a Scenario were the Site Master was set up in Dev box and Transported to test environment but when imported it as missing customer master data , when trying to change thru WB02 resulted in Error : Customer XXXX not maintained and Error : Site data not fully maintained for customer 'XXXX' thru MB03 display... and XD01/XD02 won't be a right way as suggested by SAP due to data inconsistency ....

 

Can someone share your idea's if you have faced this issue in your environment....

 

Note :

1) I have tried Archiving as an option but VD06 and XD06 won't allow to delete the plant due to above said issue ....

2) Did someone tried Using Site export/import utility (WBTE and WBTI) to restore customer master from Dev to other Test/Prod environment ?

 

 

Any suggestion/solutions is much appreciated !!

Dear All,

 

 

am very new to IS Retail.My customer has said " some articles are not getting replenished for certain stores".(currently manual STOs are raised to serve the purpose)

 

1.what are the settings i have to check in article master for replenishment function.(at present in article master Logistics store tab RP type is - RP, Reorder point 10,Target Stock  10,are the details maintained).

 

2.What are the steps involved in getting stock replenished.How i can check whether the auto replenishment is working?

Creating Seasonal PO wrt Contract

Hi - Is it possible to create Seasonal PO referring to contract so that all the lines in the contract can be copied into Seasonal PO? I know that contract can be determined within the Seasonal PO, but the article has to be entered in the seasonal PO for contract determination.

Stock Transfer of structure article

Dears,

I have create structure article and used movement type 317 to create structure article header stock.

now I am trying to make stock transfer for this structure article but system still asking me about the structure article component.

now I have stock in structure article header & no stock in component of structure.

when I am trying to make stock transfer 301-system want to do movement type 317 again & give error no stock exist for the component. !!!
